Why Should I Get Organic Quinoa Flakes?
Quinoa flakes are a high protein, high fibre "pseudo" cereal. They are similar to oats in general and just like all cereals go down a treat with a dash of milk first thing in the morning. You can easily heat them up at this point to create a delicious porridge.
All of this cereal talk does not mean you are limited to using them in such a manner, as these can still be enjoyed in the same ways as good old quinoa grain and they make a wonderful substitute to barley in soups and casseroles.
